Evictions (Landlord Only)
We represent landlords in the eviction of defaulting tenants. Based off a flat-fee pricing structure, our litigation strategy employs aggressive method to secure judgments that fully compensate clients when their tenants breach lease agreements. We also specialize in representing condominium associations seeking to obtain possession of condominium units from owners who fail to pay their Illinois law mandated condominium assessments.
We assist condominium associations by guiding their directors and board members through day-to-day operational and legal issues that arise. We cover drafting, review, and assessment of the documents that govern the association (bylaws, rules and regulations, declarations, etc). We also provide litigation services to associations in the collection of unpaid condominium assessments from unit owners.
